Kamberg Mountain Shadows has a number of stylish cottages to pick from, with fitted kitchenette with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery matching the number of beds. Each cottage has a covered verandah and barbeque area and a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Fat Harry's Kitchen

In our newly structured restaurant,  we still offer delicious food in the form of our famous Kamburger & Chips, Rump Steak & Chips and a selection of fresh salads made from local fresh produce. We also provide fresh country style preprepared meals that we can serve in the restaurant or that you can alternatively heat up and enjoy at your cottage.

Lunch 12:00 - 14:30 (sat/ sun)
Dinner 18:00-21:00 (wed/ thurs/ fri/ sat)
*We can also host groups of 8 and more for special occasions on different days or different times on pre-booking.​*

ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA

As we are located in the Central Drakensberg area there is good access to a large number of activities all within easy access of Mountain Shadows. These include hiking, fishing and bird watching. You can also visit our local Nature Reserves or simply laze around the pool.

Our purpose built event venue provides the options of weddings, mini conferences, birthday parties and reunions.  Kamberg Trout Festival, Kamberg Outdoor Challenge, Kamberg Classic Mountain Bike Race, Rosetta Beer Festival and  White Mountain Music Festival are some of the events that take place.
